He will share with us how the PCA has encouraged and promoted mercy ministries since its inception in 1973, in light of the Gospel. Rev. Nabors is the co-author of "Merciful: The Opportunity and Challenge of Discipling the Poor Out of Poverty."

Previously he served many years on staff at Perimeter Church (Atlanta) and for over a decade as a church planter. This Sunday he will challenge us with "Motives for Missions & Evangelism." Join us!

Sunday we welcome Rev. Richard Ramsay to Westminster as we kickoff Missions Month! Richard and his wife, Angelica, are missionaries with Mission to the World. Richard met Angelica in Chile, where they served for 21 years, teaching and planting churches. In 1999, they moved to Miami, where they have been working in international distance education, traveling to teach overseas and preparing courses for several institutions, most recently for Third Millennium Ministries.

Sunday we conclude our missions emphasis month with a message from Rev. Tom Wright. Tom and his wife Lucy served many years in West Africa before returning to the states. Today, Tom is part of Global Theological Training which trains French speakers in Haiti and Africa. He and Lucy make their home in Columbia, SC. Join us Sunday, as Tom brings us a message of hope on the power of prayer!
